Job Desc:-Technical Support
Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers.
Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
Education:
Graduates freshers / under graduates and Post-graduates with 1 year in call center or 2 years in any other domain experience
Requirements:
Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Should have good communication skills with command on spoken english.
